A real-world GPS survival game set in a post-collapse city — played on the streets you already walk.
Scorched Reach is a real-time, GPS-based territorial survival game for iOS and Android. Players walk to real-world locations, which are mapped to a post-collapse version of their own city. Buildings become ruins: a pharmacy is a Looted Chemist, a gas station is a Collapsed Fuel Depot, a hospital is a Quarantine Zone. Players scavenge for resources, recruit NPCs with distinct classes and gear, build shelters, and contest territory against other players in a shared world that continues to evolve in real time.
The game operates on a subscription model: free to play at Tier 1 (Drifter rank), $1/month or $10/year for Tier 2 and above. No loot boxes. No in-app purchases. No pay-to-win mechanics. Four player factions — Ash Reavers, Ember Collective, Iron Wardens, and Verdant Dawn — each with distinct strategic identities and real in-game territory on the shared map.
